OUR SPECIALTY IS DELICIOUS FOOD, PREPARED WITH THE BEST INGREDIENTS, WITH PASSION AND HEART!
We serve freshly caught fish, the availability of which depends on the daily catch of friendly fishermen. In addition, we mainly source products from organic crops and farms. We buy apples, raspberries, vegetables and honey from Żuławy farms. We purchase organic poultry, chicken and pheasant eggs and Polish red breed beef from farmers we know. Our menu also includes the famous Old Zulawy Werderkäse cheese. Taking advantage of the surrounding forests, we source such ingredients ourselves as mushrooms, barberry, birch sap, beechwood, young shoots of wild hops, wild blackberries, forest strawberries, lime blossom, blueberries, young juniper berries and some herbs, which serve us as spices. We prepare raw materials and products from scratch, combining modern and traditional techniques. We bake our own sourdough breads, make noodles, mayonnaise, preserves and also reduce sauces and season beef..
The idea behind our cuisine is to draw from the culinary traditions of Żuławy and the Vistula Spit.
